Most frequently asked questions for the curious mind
Our premium rugs are exclusively manufactured using 100% Polypropylene (PP). Engineered for heavy foot traffic and high-moisture environments, this material is inherently stain-resistant, highly durable, and easy to clean. All our PP mats are treated with advanced UV protection to prevent sunlight fading, ensuring long-lasting performance without compromising on underfoot comfort.
Functionally, all three compositions offer the exact same high level of structural strength and durability. The primary distinction lies solely in color consistency:
- Virgin PP: Manufactured from newly produced granules, yielding the absolute highest color consistency and vibrancy.
- Semi-Virgin PP: A premium blend offering an excellent balance of cost-efficiency and color fidelity.
- Recycled PP: Manufactured from repurposed plastic waste. While equally robust, there may be slight, natural variations in color consistency between production runs.
Our standard production lines weave up to four distinct colors per rug. However, for specialized weaves and custom buyer designs, our advanced looms can accommodate broader color palettes upon request.
Yes. The vast majority of our weaves are fully reversible, providing buyers with two distinct visual designs in a single, dual-sided product.
We manufacture custom widths ranging from 45 cm to 305 cm. Our standard, high-volume production sizes (in cm) are:
- 90 x 150 | 90 x 180
- 120 x 180
- 150 x 210 | 150 x 240
- 180 x 270
- 240 x 300
- 274 x 360
- 300 x 450
Weight: We scale our production between 350 GSM and 600 GSM, depending entirely on the buyer’s specifications and chosen composition.
Thickness: The rugs range from 2mm to 3mm depending on the GSM. This engineered profile creates a product substantially sturdier than standard beach or bamboo mats, while retaining a surprisingly bouncy and comfortable feel.
We maintain strict, controlled processing with minimal variance:
Length: ± 5%
Weight: ± 5%
Width: ± 2%
Our standard sampling lead time is highly efficient. Depending on the complexity and the number of designs requested, we typically develop and dispatch custom samples within 15 days.

Absolutely. We operate a highly controlled, zero-waste manufacturing facility. All production offcuts and waste are actively collected, re-melted, and converted back into PP granules to be utilized in new mats. Furthermore, all our finished rugs are 100% recyclable, and we actively encourage circular-economy practices with our global partners.
Yes, we are an active participant in global trade. Most recently, we exhibited our latest collections at Heimtextil 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany.
