The Yellow Weave Story: Engineered for the World

Yellow Weave, a specialized manufacturing brand under Yellow Boy Retail Services Private Limited, is a premier manufacturer and global exporter of high-quality Polypropylene (PP) Patio Mats, Beach Mats, Runners, and Outdoor Rugs.

Established in 2013, we began as an export and domestic trading house for handicraft items. By mid-2014, we expanded into the mats and rugs sector, operating as a private label supplier for major hypermarkets in India.
However, acting as a middleman exposed us to the industry’s critical flaws. We constantly battled with inconsistent weaves, poor colorfastness, rapid UV degradation, inflexible Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and unreliable delivery timelines.

We realized that to guarantee world-class quality for our clients, we had to control the looms.

Taking Control: The Shift to Manufacturing
To solve these supply chain challenges, Yellow Weave pivoted from sourcing to manufacturing. We established our first dedicated production unit with a modest capacity of 20,000 square meters per month.

By taking control of the extrusion, weaving, and finishing processes, we eliminated the quality control issues that plague standard suppliers. The market response was immediate. Driven by surging domestic and international demand, we rapidly expanded our first unit to produce 141,000 square meters monthly.

To meet the requirements of our growing global export network, we recently commissioned a state-of-the-art second facility, effectively quadrupling our output. Today, Yellow Weave boasts a total production capacity of 560,000 square meters per month, translating to an annual capacity of 6,768,000 square meters.
